How to skip the barbershop queue (without skipping anyone)

Saturday morning, a packed waiting room, and no idea whether you will be in the chair in ten minutes or an hour. We have all been there. Here is a better way.

1. See the wait before you set off

Open FindMyNextBarber, search your town or press “Use my location”, and every shop shows how many people are waiting and roughly how long a new walk-in will wait. You can sort by shortest wait.

2. Join the queue from your phone

Pick your services and a barber (or “anyone” for the shortest wait) and press Join the queue. You get a ticket with your place. If you are already at the shop, just scan the QR poster in the window.

3. Wait wherever you like

Grab a coffee, finish your shopping or stay at home. Your ticket updates by itself, and when it is your turn you hear a sound on the page and get an email.

4. Be there within 5 minutes

Once you are called, you have 5 minutes to reach the chair, then the next person goes first. It keeps things fair for everyone in the queue.

Prefer a set time? Many shops also take bookings, today or up to 6 days ahead, with the barber you want.
