FindMyNextBarber helps you find a barber, hair salon or tattoo studio near you, see the queue before you go, join it from your phone or book a time. It works in the browser of any phone, tablet or computer: there is nothing to download.
For customers

Search by name, town or postcode, or press Near me. Filter by barbers, salons or tattoo studios, or sort by shortest wait. Every shop shows its photos, wait, prices, opening times and reviews. Tap ♡ to save your favourites.
🎟️ Queue or book
Join the walk-in queue from your phone and wait wherever you like. You get a ticket, a sound and an email when it is your turn. Or book a time with the barber or artist you want, today or up to 6 days ahead.
📸 Remember your cut
After each visit you can add a photo of your new look, save it privately to your profile to show next time, share it on the Public page if you want, and rate the shop. You get a friendly reminder when it is time for your next cut.
Booking two services, like a haircut and a shave? The times add up automatically, so the barber has the full time for you. When you are called you have 5 minutes to reach the chair, then the next person goes first. After 1 hour away, a ticket or booking is cancelled.

Plans are monthly by card and you can cancel any time; they run to the end of the paid month. Tattoo studios get the same tools, with long appointments (a full-day session fits) and wording made for artists and stations.

The numbers
Customers served, takings, card tips, walk-ins and bookings, and no-shows, cancellations and people who left.
The charts
A pie chart of what customers had (haircuts, shaves, beard trims and more) and a chart of your busiest hours, so you can plan your staff.
Your team
A chart and table for each barber or artist: customers, takings, tips, average time and no-shows. Staff see only their own numbers in a private “My day” card.
Download it all as a PDF report with the charts, a section for each barber (handy for paying commission) and every customer of the period, or as a CSV file for Excel and your accountant. Customers’ phone numbers and emails are never included.
Payments and fees
At shops that take card payments, customers choose Pay now (card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, on Stripe’s secure page) or Pay in the shop, and can add a tip.
- Our commission is 10% of card payments made through the app. Never on tips, and Stripe’s fee comes out of our share.
- Example: a £20 haircut paid by card. The shop gets £18, plus any tip in full.
- Paid in the shop? No commission at all.

Refunds
- Booking cancelled by you 2 hours or more before: full refund. Later cancellations and no-shows: no refund.
- Queue ticket you leave before being called: full refund.
- Anything the shop or our team cancels: always a full refund.
- Reserved products: cancel any time before collecting, with a full refund.

Safety and privacy
- Card and bank details are typed only on Stripe’s own pages. We never see or store them.
- Your phone number is never public. A shop sees it only while you have a ticket or booking there, and only if you allow it.
- The TV screen shows ticket numbers only, never names.
- Your haircut photos stay private unless you choose to share them. Hidden location data is removed from every photo.
- You can delete your account at any time.
